Pole dancing is a form of exotic dancing which incorporates using a pole for fantastic moves. Pole dancing is an art, which can be learnt and performed by anyone who wishes to learn. Do you feel self conscious are you looking for that something extra to boost your self-esteem?
Sarah Davis the Managing Director of PoleCats, has been dancing from the age of 6. She is experienced in Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Tap, Ballroom and Latin American through to Disco. Her other talents include singing and acting, and she is also a martial arts instructor. Sarah is a fully qualified gym instructor and was introduced to pole dancing through one of her colleagues. She realised there was a need for women to feel good about themselves and their bodies, building confidence levels, self-esteem and finding out about who they really are and to feel sexy and sassy. Her first pole was installed at Fitness First in Coventry and has proved to be a tremendous success. The high demand for these classes has led to the running of many classes at fitness clubs, nightclubs and country clubs throughout the country. Sarah is also a Qualified Exercise to Music Instructor and qualified as a Kangoo instructor as well.

Vouchers are non refundable and valid for 12 months.
Remainder of payment for parties due 3 weeks before event. In the event of one of your party cancelling , refund of remainder can only be made with 1 weeks notice. After that no refunds available.
In the unlikely event that one of our instructors is running late for whatever reason we are not held responsible. All telephone numbers of instructors and venues are given prior should you wish to call them.
Please make sure you arrive at your venue 20 mins before party to fill any forms and get yourselves ready.
Shorts and t-shirt / jogging trousers / shoes / trainers should be worn for your party or class.
Any medical conditions / pregnancy should be addressed before any event or class due to the physical nature of this exercise.
