Our lessons cater for men and women of all ages, sizes and all walks of life who would like to improve their fitness levels and their muscular tone focusing on core stability, functional strength and flexibility and body definition.

These lessons increase awareness of your own body and movement giving you more confidence in everyday life.

On a personal level these classes will increase your sexual awareness to improve your love life, whether you are in a relationship or not.

It will give you more confidence empowering you to take control of your own life for whatever reason.

As well as pole dancing, we guarantee you will ooze confidence and learn about

Health and Fitness:

It is essential in this day and age to partake in some form of exercise.
Life as we know it is very sedentary. Physical activity in our daily life has been taken over by stress and as we battle on, we tend to think about ourselves less and less. This is why we need to stop just for a minute and look at ourselves.

Are you happy with yourself?
Do you like the way you look?
Would you like to change you appearance?
Do you feel confident?
Do you have time for yourself?
Do you feel lethargic?
Do you exercise?
Do you enjoy exercise?
Are you getting what you want from exercise?
Do you take time out to relax?
What are your eating habits like?

There are so many questions. Incorporating aerobic exercise, strength exercise and healthy eating can make a fantastic change to you. Pole dancing! The start of a new beginning.

All Deposits for classes and parties are Non-Refundable at time of booking.
Vouchers are non refundable and valid for 12 months.
Remainder of payment for parties due 3 weeks before event. In the event of one of your party cancelling , refund of remainder can only be made with 1 weeks notice. After that no refunds available.
In the unlikely event that one of our  instructors is running late for whatever reason we are not held responsible. All telephone numbers of instructors and venues are given prior should you wish to call them. 
Please make sure you arrive at your venue 20 mins before party to fill any forms and get yourselves ready.
Shorts and t-shirt / jogging trousers / shoes / trainers should be worn for your party or class.
Any medical conditions / pregnancy should be addressed before any event or class due to the physical nature of this exercise.
